Data Retention Policy
Assessment responses may be retained for operational purposes. Users may request deletion of their account subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. Generated reports may be retained to support user access and account recovery. Information may remain temporarily within backup systems following a deletion request until that backup cycle expires.
Recommended retention schedule:
- Assessment data: 7 years
- Support communications: 3 years
- Marketing contacts: until unsubscribe
- Financial transactions: as required by applicable law
Security
Reasonable efforts are used to protect stored information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The Platform is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
